Moving along with the wall

Hello all,

Thought that I'd fill everybody in on our progress before I scoot off to North Carolina in the morning. 

This first bit was a little alarming....I could hear the crackling, which is spooky, but did not see flames. About 20 minutes after I took the picture, we got just under an inch of rain which pretty quickly put out the fire, which had been burning off and on for 2 days

The weather has been unsettled for the last 2 or 3 days...lots of squalls like this one.

Went over to Boca today and this is what La Manzanilla looks like from there...albeit on a rainy day...getting pretty built up 

Speaking of building, here's where we are at with the retaining wall/walkway project. Rain doesn't seem to bother the workers too much...probably cools them down a bit.

That's it for me....I off to see my sweetie for 2 weeks...Then back just in time for knee surgery...yikes
